Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Daedalus SA (hereinafter “the Seller”), operator of the website cannabisking.ch, and any individual or legal entity making a purchase on the website (hereinafter “the Buyer”). By confirming an order, the Buyer accepts these terms without reservation.

1. Purpose

These terms define the rights and obligations of both parties regarding online product sales made via the website cannabisking.ch. They apply to all orders placed within Switzerland and to deliveries made within Swiss territory.

2. Acceptance and Contract Formation

Any order placed on the website cannabisking.ch constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. The sales contract is deemed concluded once the Seller confirms the order after receipt of payment. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order in cases of suspected misuse, manifest error, or product unavailability.

3. Products and Availability

Product descriptions, photos, and illustrations on the website are for reference only and are not contractually binding. The Seller reserves the right to modify or withdraw products from sale at any time without notice. In case of unavailability, the Buyer will be informed and reimbursed in full.

4. Prices

All prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout. The Seller may adjust prices at any time, but the price applied will always be the one confirmed at the time of the order.

Discount codes and vouchers cannot be combined. Promotional offers apply only while supplies last.

5. Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed exclusively via the website cannabisking.ch. The Buyer agrees to provide accurate and complete information when ordering. Full payment is required prior to shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Twint
  • PostFinance (card or e-finance)
  • Bank transfer
  • Bitcoin
  • Invoice payment (via swissbilling, under specific conditions)

Invoice payments are processed by swissbilling SA. Additional billing fees may apply. Swissbilling reserves the right to check the Buyer’s creditworthiness through CRIF AG Zurich before approving the order.

6. Delivery

As of 1 September 2024, Cannabis King delivers exclusively within Switzerland. For purchases within the Euro zone, please visit cannabisking.fr.

Orders are shipped via Swiss Post within 1 to 3 working days after full payment is received. Delivery costs CHF 5 and is free for orders over CHF 100. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer once the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

Undelivered or returned parcels due to incorrect addresses will be resent against a flat fee of CHF 20, covering shipping and administrative costs.

Deliveries to minors are strictly prohibited. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.

7. Returns and Exchanges

The Buyer may return unopened and undamaged products in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Opened or damaged items will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, except in cases of Seller error. In case of exchange, shipping for the replacement product is free of charge.

8. Warranty and Claims

The Buyer must inspect the goods within 2 working days of receipt. Any claim for defect, damage, or delivery error must be sent by email to info@cannabisking.ch.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in accordance with Swiss law. Normal wear, improper use, or disregard of instructions are not covered. Product photos are for illustration purposes only.

9. Liability

The Seller shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or misuse of products sold, including improper use or non-compliance with applicable law. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for how the products are used.

All CBD products sold on cannabisking.ch comply with Swiss regulations (THC content below 1%). The Seller disclaims any liability for use or export contrary to foreign laws.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. No data is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the website cannabisking.ch (text, images, logos, trademarks, etc.) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of the Seller. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

12. Force Majeure

The Seller shall not be held liable for failure to fulfil its contractual obligations due to events of force majeure, including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, fires, network outages, or governmental restrictions.

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Seller reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The version in force at the time of order confirmation shall apply to the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Seller.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed exclusively by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Court of Vevey. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the French text shall prevail.
