At Cannabis King, payment security is a top priority. We work with certified payment providers and enforce industry-leading protections (EV SSL encryption, anti-fraud checks, strict data confidentiality).

Payment methods (Switzerland)

  • Twint – Fast and secure mobile payment.
  • PostFinance (card / e-finance) – No additional fees from us.
  • Bank transfer (prepayment) – No additional fees from us (your bank may charge transfer fees).
  • Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC) – No additional fees from us.
  • Visa & Mastercard – Coming soon.

Orders outside Switzerland

As of 1 September 2024, cannabisking.ch delivers exclusively within Switzerland. For Euro-zone orders, please use cannabisking.fr.

Encryption & security (EV SSL)

Our website uses an Extended Validation (EV) SSL certificate to provide the highest level of authentication and encryption. This ensures that:

  • our company identity is verified by a trusted certificate authority;
  • your payment data is transmitted over an encrypted channel;
  • transaction integrity and confidentiality are preserved.

Payment processing & privacy

  • Card payments (when available) are processed by certified payment providers.
  • Cannabis King does not store full card numbers.
  • Anti-fraud controls and, where necessary, identity checks may apply.

Currency, fees & invoicing

  • All amounts are in CHF, VAT included.
  • Any payment-method fees are displayed prior to checkout.
  • A detailed invoice is provided for every order.

Refunds

For cancellations or returns in line with our T&Cs, refunds are issued via the original payment method. Credit times depend on your payment provider or bank.
