As of September 1, 2024, cannabisking.ch delivers exclusively within Switzerland. For Euro zone orders, please visit our partner site cannabisking.fr.

Delivery options

A-Post (Swiss Post): 1–3 business days – 5 CHF
Free delivery for orders over 100 CHF
Neutral packaging for full discretion
Tracking number provided with every shipment

Delivery times and conditions

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or postal delays.

If you have not received your order within 5 business days, please contact our customer service at info@cannabisking.ch for immediate assistance.

Undeliverable or unclaimed parcels

Parcels returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery will be resent for a flat fee of 20 CHF, covering re-shipping and administrative costs.

Secure and legal delivery

Orders will not be delivered to minors. Age verification may be required upon delivery. Cannabis King only supplies products compliant with Swiss law (CBD with THC below 1%).
