General conditions for participation in the Hash Attack game

You are about to participate in an exciting and fun online game that will allow you to test your skills, challenge your friends and win rewards. Before you begin, please read carefully the following terms and conditions that govern your participation in the game.

- By registering for the Game, you agree to abide by the Game Rules, the Website Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

- You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your country to participate in the Game. You must also have a stable internet connection and a device compatible with the game.

- You may not use the Game for any illegal, fraudulent, malicious or unethical purpose. You may not cheat, manipulate, disrupt or interfere with the proper play of the Game or the experience of other players.

- You are responsible for your actions and communications in the Game. You must not use abusive, defamatory, racist, sexist, homophobic, hateful or violent language. You must not harass, threaten or intimidate other players or the Game organizers.

- You agree that the game organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the game at any time and without notice, for technical, legal or other reasons. You also agree that the game organizers are not responsible for any technical problems, bugs, viruses, hacking or any other causes beyond their control that affect the game or your participation.

- You agree that the game organizers may collect, process and use your personal data in connection with the game in accordance with the privacy policy. You also agree that the game organizers may contact you by e-mail or by any other means to inform you of the result of the game, send you promotional offers or invite you to participate in other games.

- You agree that Game rewards will be awarded according to the criteria defined by the Game organizers and are subject to availability and validation. You also agree that Game rewards are not exchangeable or refundable and that you are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with their receipt.

The duration of the game is spread over 6 one-month campaigns:

April: from 31.03.2023 9:00 (UTC+2) to 30.04.2023 16:00 (UTC+2)

May: from 01.05.2023 9h00 (UTC+2) to 31.05.2023 16h00 (UTC+2)

June: from 01.06.2023 9h00 (UTC+2) to 30.06.2023 16h00 (UTC+2)

July: from 01.07.2023 9h00 (UTC+2) to 31.07.2023 16h00 (UTC+2)

August: from 01.08.2023 9h00 (UTC+2) to 31.08.2023 16h00 (UTC+2)

September: from 01.09.2023 9h00 (UTC+2) to 30.09.2023 16h00 (UTC+2)

- Only the best score of each player will be taken into account each month. Cannabis King employees are not permitted to enter the contest, to ensure fairness and transparency in the judging process. Their possible scores will not be taken into consideration, nor their participation in the final draw.

- The final prize of the contest, 1 million Satoshi, will be drawn among all participants during the 6 campaigns, regardless of your score. If you play every month, you will have 6 times more chance to win. The draw will take place on Friday, October 6th and will be broadcasted on the game page and on the social networks.

- You can of course play as many times as you like, on each campaign and over the 6 months, to try to win the prizes.

DATA PROTECTION

Compliance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act and the relevant legal standards for the collection, processing and use of personal data is guaranteed.

The data accumulated during the submission of the score form will be used for internal purposes only. The customer agrees to this use of his data. He/she always has the right to request information about the saved data and can forbid their use for internal marketing purposes.

To exercise these rights, the user should contact the customer service department at info@cannabisking.ch and prove his or her identity with a copy of an identity document. 

MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The Seller may modify the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The version in force at the time of the order shall prevail in the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Seller.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any legal recourse is excluded.

In the event of a dispute, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in effect at the time of purchase shall be used as the legal basis.

The applicable law is Swiss law and any dispute will be handled by the Tribunal d'arrondissement de l'Est-Vaudois located in Vevey.
